Storyline:  Jesus (2018) Isaiah and Maya meet for the first time since their breakup eight months earlier. The victim of a freak burn accident, Isaiah's face has been severely scarred and his life turned upside down. Their casual reunion is charged with humor, shame, guilt, and nostalgia and is made that much more complicated by the presence of their sweet dog, Jesus. Through a series of unexpected events, they find themselves sharing an intimate afternoon together in a quirky dive bar. They are able, for a moment, to forget that everything has changed.
